Thermowelded synthetic fibre bag filters
Features
SAFE-PAK series thanks to their robust construction, high filtration surface and particular thermowelded section guarantee a perfect seal .
Filter media
Synthetic fibre with differential density assuring a progressive filtration in the direction of airflow; externally coated with a high resistance lining. The filter element is constructed of a series of sealed bags spaced in order to allow an elevated and uniform accumulation of dust. The single bags are balanced in order to obtain low pressure drops.
Frame
In galvanised steel shaped.Each bag has its own support bracket; special joints maintain each single bag within the external perimeter frame.
Applications
Air filtration in civil and industrial conditioning systems, in which a high efficiency against fine dusts and particles with dimensions of 1 μm and smaller are required. Particularly adapted for applications where the air quality (IAQ) is imperative during the whole life of the filtration system. These filters can be used also as pre-filtration for high efficiency and absolute filters.

Rigid bag filters for gas turbines
Features
The 10RTR rigid bag filters of the TURBOPAK series are designed for particularly heavy applications as inlet of gas turbine or cogeneration plants where a high mechanical resistance and high pressure is required.
Filter Media
Water repellent glass fibre paper folded with constantly calibrated spacing using thermoplastic threads.
The uniform and close filter pack allows in the various panels of the filters 10 RTR an elevated crossing surface for the holding of fine dust.
Frame
Robust structure in pressed extruded polystyrene, containing the filtration packs laid out in a multi V shape, also known as rigid bag filters. The particular execution is provided by protection meshes in stretched aluminium sheets on the downstream side of the filter.
Sealer
A polyurethane resin guarantees the seal between the filter pack and frame.
Applications
Air filtration in inlet of gas turbine and cogeneration plants to avoid that the air impurities damage the components of the compressor/turbine with power and performance reduction.

Synthetic Fibre pleated filter cells
Features
The MCZ pleated filter cells of the PRE-FIL series thanks to their high filtration surface, optimum mechanical resistance and low pressure drops at high air flows can be used in air conditioning and filtration systems.
Filter media
Synthetic fibre with calibrated density and high efficiency. Upon reaching the recommended final pressure drop the filter media can be made partially reusable by washing with tepid water and detergent.
Frame
Galvanised steel U section with two electro-welded steel wire meshes. The two meshes support the filter media allowing a constant spacing of the pleats assuring valid mechanical resistance. Construction can be opened to allow the differential disposal of frame and filter media.
Applications
Air handling units and prefiltration for high efficiency filters.

Features

HEPA laminar flow filters
Features
LFA absolute filters of the MINILAM series thanks to their good construction
and the strict tests during and at the end of the production, can be used in
clean rooms for laminar flows with low turbulence. These filter elements have
a low pressure drop and a uniformity of the flow with velocity ± 5% of the
average value.

Glass fibre paper, folded with constantly calibrated spacing using thermoplastic
threads.
Frame
Extruded anodised aluminium. Protection screens composed of stretched
steel meshes with epossidic white painting.

Features:
The multi-V absolute filters HCN9 and HPN9 of the MULTICEL-H series thanks to their high media area, the low pressure drop, the high dust holding capacity, can be used in the air conditioning systems also as replacements of the traditional deep pleat filters.
Filter media
Glass fibre paper, folded with constantly calibrated spacing using thermoplastic threads. The uniform and closed pleat filter pack grants a high crossing surface
to hold the very fine dusts. For particular applications, specific filtration paper media with high dust holding
capacity and/or low pressure drops, can be used.
Frame
Metallic frame with side handles. Different types of frame to satisfy various installation requirements are available:

Features
The MCA and MDA cells of the CARB-FLO series with different contents of activated carbon depending on the environmental needs can be used both in civil and industrial plants.

MCA steel sheet profile, stretched meshes on both sides, finish in black colour powder paint, reloadable.
MDA granular agglomerate in activated carbon thickness 18 mm with perimeter in polyurethane.

MCA-1 activated carbon in small cylinders of mineral origin for organic odours
MCA-2 activated carbon granules for acid vapours
