Ecofresh Rotors/ Wheels
Are available in a variety of substrates and desiccant coatings.
The EcoFresh Heat Recovery Wheel, which recovers total energy (sensible as well as latent), meets all the requirements of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), humidity control and energy savings.
Incorporation of EcoFresh Heat Wheels into the air-conditioning system means more outdoor air at lower energy cost (reduced chiller and boiler/exhaust load).
Special Features:
Ecofresh wheels use a special grade low pore size zeolite
desiccant of proprietory mix "Ecosorb 300" which eliminates carryover of bacteria and airborne contaminants i.e. selective adsorption.
Ecosorb desiccant allows only water molecules to pass
through it, rejecting all other pollutants of exhaust air.
Purge section provides strict separation of air flows,
preventing carryover of bacteria, dust and pollutants from
exhaust air to supply air. Purge section and labyrinth type
seal limit cross contamination to 0.04% of the exhaust air
concentration by volume.

Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)
Ecofresh Energy Recovery Ventilators are equipped with Ecofresh Heat Recovery Wheels; capable of recovering more than 65% of each sensible and latent energy from the stale exhaust air and transferring it to the fresh outside air. The rotating wheel transfers the sensible and latent energy between the counter flowing exhaust and supply air and in the process preconditions
An Ecofresh ERV helps to meet ASHRAE 62.1.2001 specified ventilation rates without increasing the air conditioning tonnage, saving capital and operating costs considerably.
Available in five models, Ecofresh ERVs address the basic requirements of a commercial energy recovery ventilator including :-

Dedicated Outdoor Air System
DRI’s cutting edge R&D has resulted in the development of the ULTIMA DOAS which allows designers to provide ultimate fresh air ventilations a single source responsibility.
DRI Ultima DOAS is a unitized Fresh Air Management System integrated through a unique configuration of EcoFresh Heat Wheel, a cooling coil and the innovative“Passive” desiccant dehumidification wheel and a proprietory controlled embedded logic in the DRISMART EMS.
The unique Desiccant Dehumidification Wheel has the ability to be regenerated with the 50% RH room return air allowing for substantial moisture removal through dehumidification of the saturated (100% RH) fresh air being supplied to the room.
This is intelligently controlled by the DRISMART (Energy Management System) to regulate speed optimization for different load conditions and different outside conditions.

Heat Extractor
Is a heat pipe based air-to-air heat exchanger. It ensures maintenance free heat dissipation from the heated components of the sealed electric or electronic control panels/enclosures.
The heat pipe is a self contained passive device which can transfer upto 1000 times more thermal energy than copper, with less than -16°C per foot temperature drop.
What's more amazing is that heat pipes have no moving parts, require no external energy (other than the heat they transfer), are reversible in operation and completely silent. And like any piece of tubing or pipe, they are rugged and can withstand a lot of abuse.

EVAPORATIVE COOLING PADS
Evaporative Cooling is the growing buzzword for comfort cooling. Ecocool Evaporative Cooling Pads are available in both 5 mm and 7 mm flutes and can be customized for sizes and flute angles.
The Ecocool pads are being manufactured on a sophisticated, automated production line using customized raw materials/substrates and special grade chemicals.
